Content
The lecture covers the protection of technical invention, industrial design and labelling of goods and trademarks as well as the fundamentals of international patent law. Especially strategies to achieve substantial product protection are introduced.
The lecture addresses primarily students aspiring leading positions. It offers the knowledge to cope with different decisions concerning European protection mechanisms. The exercise provides the opportunity to deepen the content of practical relevant cases by means of lecture and discussion.
